Our artisan made Malban is full of fresh Pistachio bursting with flavor. It sits between 2 layers of soft dried apricot paste (Qamareddine). Sure to bring a boost of sweet energy!

Malben is an old Mediterranean delicacy. Its characteristic flavor comes from the use of Mastic--an aromatic resin of the Mastic tree mainly native to Greece.
